Kurt Morley

Growing up in Southern Alberta, Kurt cannot help but bring a refreshing and ‘down-to-earth’ energy into the brokerage. Upon completing his schooling in Lethbridge, Mr. Morley made his way out West to find his passion. After dipping his toe in various industries, such as service and acting, Kurt was persuaded by his older brother to get his insurance designation – and so it began!

In 2014, Mr. Morley began his career through a sponsorship program with one of BC’s largest companies, BCAA. During his three and a half years with the company, he gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the personal lines side of the business. Although his experience was positive, Kurt felt the need to branch out and learn more about other parts of the industry to become a stronger agent.

Over the next few years, Mr. Morley would become an account executive at AON in their surety department, and would eventually move over to Federated, where he was able to learn about personal and commercial products.

By early 2020, Kurt had gained a substantial amount of experience in various products (including surety) and was ready to settle into life as an insurance specialist – his role with Alteri was born. Mr. Morley joined the agency in March of 2020 and is excited to grow his client base with a focus on both personal and commercial lines.
